30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find the item to be defective, or damaged, or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work towards making it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All other products are eligible for our standard return policy.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, within 7 days the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be patient, as it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
